PLEASE READ PRIOR TO SCHEDULING:

Safety is the number one priority! If you are feeling sick PLEASE reschedule. If you arrive and are exhibiting any signs of illness, your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will not be refunded. The terms and conditions for our deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, late fee and no-show policy are as followed:

• The deposit: Most services require a deposit but not all. The amount of the deposit may differ based on the price of the desired service. The deposit will be applied and deducted to the price of your service. The deposit is 100% refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

• Cancellations: There is a $25 fee for all cancellations and/or rescheduling within 12 hours of your appointment time. In the event of cancellation by the Hair Artist, the deposit will be refunded in full. The deposit is non-refundable for all no-shows, for all services.

• Rescheduling: If the client wishes to reschedule the booking, the deposit will be applied to the new date(s) and time(s), subject to availability. Again, the client must reschedule at least 12 hours before their appointment time. The deposit can only be transferred once to reschedule.

• ​Late fee: There is a 15 minute grace period for arriving late for a scheduled appointment. After the allotted time, a $25 late fee will be added to your service or your appointment will be cancelled, at my discretion.​
